The flowers were beautiful, they almost looked fake, but the personal note I requested was incredibly disappointing. I was expecting my personal note to be hand written on a piece of card stock, not printed in small text on the same flimsy piece of paper as the care instructions for the flowers. The note should be something worth keeping, not something that could be mistaken for garbage.
